The purpose of CYBSA is to promote sports, good fellowship, and integrity for and among the area's boys and girls and their families of the Coloma School area. To extend to them the privilege of membership in this organization, without regard to race, color, religion or creed and to build a fund for organized baseball and softball. CYBSA will strive to create balanced teams, focus on sportsmanship, provide a safe, fun and fair environment where everyone plays and feels like part of the team and prepare players for the next level of play. This organization is organized exclusively for charitable purposes under section 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code or corresponding section of any future federal tax code.
